About Punda Maria Rest Camp

Punda Maria lies in the northernmost part of the KNP. The camp is situated in the Sandveld region that is often described as the botanical garden of the Park. There are numerous plant species. Game species most likely to be sighted include impala, zebra, buffalo, elephant, eland and sable. Plus the area is a bird paradise.

DAILY CONSERVATION FEE
 
Members of SANParks’ loyalty programme WILD do not pay conservation fees provided that proof of Identity and their WILD card are shown on arrival

South African Citizens and Residents (with ID).................................. R45,00 per person, per day
SADC Nationals (with passport)..................................... R90,00 per adult / R45,00 per child, per day
Standard Conservation Fee......................................... R180,00 per adult / R90,00 per child, per day
 
A non-refundablefee, payable in advance, of R26.00 per adult and R13.00 per child is charged on all advance reservations for day visits. This is charged in addition to conservation fees and applies equally to WILD members.
